The location is excellent for sightseeing, being just a
short walk from Kumamoto Castle and local shops. The room was clean and cozy, though it felt a bit small. I appreciated having a 7-Eleven conveniently located at the entrance for quick snacks. Breakfast options were decent, and the public bath provided a relaxing experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport.
During my stay, the public bath area felt cramped with only a limited number of showering stations, leading to long waits. Guests often spoke loudly, which disturbed the quiet atmosphere that one would expect in such spaces. Additionally, parking was complicated, and I encountered difficulties with the unclear pricing policy for the nearby garage, further adding stress to my stay.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not
Staff is friendly and efficient! The public hot bath on the top floor offers spectacular views at night, and breakfast includes delightful Japanese and Western options.
Though the amenities are thoughtful, I found the cleanliness to be unsatisfactory. towels were provided daily, but room cleaning only occurred every three days.
